Welcome to GrimaTales! A fan-game devoted to male Grima who finds himself part of the daily life Askr after the merging of armies when Surtr is defeated, and is now helping out the Order of Heroes as they deal with the aftermath of Hel. Forced to pick up his own slack, Grima finds himself helping out with the ever-growing chores for the Order of Heroes barracks. Additionally, Ninian has requested of Grima to help her establish a dragon clan for the dragons who have and will be summoned; fully believing Grima is the perfect candidate to be the head of their clan.

Play as male Grima as he navigates a new life among humans and as sudden caretaker of all the dragonkin in Askr! Oh my, and a sudden rise of Felled energy has begun form in the west forest as Hel's gates are still wide open, and many worlds begin to overlap! Giant felled monsters banded together by the regretful wills of fallen heroes from across the Skies have begun to appear; Grima must also handle these fell souls known as "Rokkrs" as the mighty Felled Dragon before all of Askr and beyond is brought to ruin by these lost warriors!

MALE GRIMA RPG FANGAME!!! mChrobin/Chrima ONLY!! Just getting that out there.

<Why are you making this game? >

Well, there's quite a few reasons, but the main purpose of completing this game is to introduce myself into game-making, so I may get a further insight before I start any of my original dream ideas, so they can be their fullest potential.

Secondly, I've always wanted to make a fangame ever since I was a teenager after playing a very old Death Note fan visual novel. The intention WAS to make a VN, but the learning curve on that is still long, so I decided to switch to another idea that was capable of being programmed into RPGmaker. My expertise is not coding, so RPGM is the necessary crutch as I simply lack knowledge to fully code a game. 

Lastly but not least, I wanted to show my appreciation for FE:A. I first played it in 2018 when I was temporarily paralysed from how ill I had become and nothing else to do. At one of my lowest points and feeling I had no true joys in life, I wanted to commit s*icide, but playing FE:A and seeing Robin start a new life where his joys were the new memories he made and the true bonds he forged, and the later conflict and confrontation of his past of hating wicked humans who once hunted him--I resonated like no other. Lucina living a life of pure terror and survival hit home too... It was then I began to confront my own horrific past as human traf.survivor; of witnessing many demises before my eyes, my own poverty life constantly at risk just by simply existing, the amount of times of running to escape capture... I began understand the lack of joy in my heart and started the journey of facing all the root suffering to transform it into unmatchable strength. I understood deeply the harsh contrast of a past that felt like another person and the current one where happiness was actually a possibility--but was still undeniably one package. 

Like Robin, I wanted to fight for my new chance at life, but still my past me must be accepted and healed as they are the one who bore all the pain and carried me this far. For being taught such a life-changing and life-desiring lesson, I want to give Grima the same chance than stuck to a fate of tragedy.

I hope this game can meet my vision, and I truly hope you all can gain something from this heartfelt-fangame!!♡

<Is this game free?>

YES!! It will be 100% free, but I will GREATLY appreciate any donations as it 1) allows me to focus on working on the game more and 2) help cover any future costs for any plugins I will need to get to execute certain ideas. 

Any OST will sold, but I still will upload the album on YT for free as well.

<When will this game be released?>

HONESTLY, no idea. The plan WAS by end of the year, but now it's beginning go look like for next year 2025. Likely a demo or closed-beta by end of the year at most. I am a solo team and got other life responsibilities, so yeah! If I miraculously received enough donation support , I definitely could focus on it much more and speed up that timeline.... As of now, however: soft summer 2025 release.
